Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order require additional production and handling time.
Pre-ordered items will ship within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
